IPW's Founder and CEO - Lee Price

Lee Price is the founder, president and CEO of Investment Property Watchman (IPW). Lee has had an extensive background spanning many years with twelve of them working for a major airline.

In the late 90’s, Lee desired to go to ministry school. For one year he commuted from the mid-west to Spokane, Washington to pursue his dream. After one year, he resigned from a significant paycheck and moved to Spokane WA. bring his family with him. 

While going to school, Lee supported himself by working at a small company that modified executive aircraft. Shortly after 911 he was laid off and found himself in a world where his job field practically disappeared overnight. The uncertainty of tomorrow became certain as Lee realized that all of his skills for providing a living became useless. It was during this time of crisis, that Lee began to realize the desire of his heart.

Here are Lee's own words. "While going to ministry school I met a man named Steve from the nation of Kenya and became quite interested in his country. Although I was having to make major lifestyle changes during this time of downsizing, it was not comparable to the lifestyle as described to me by Steven of his native Kenya." Lee understood that his purpose was bigger than himself and he had a desire to reach this nation.

Investment Property Watchman is the realization of a dream to develop streams of income that will provide for the personal needs of those working for IPW as well as providing support for Lee's future ministry in Kenya. Lee's vision is to take the skills, abilities, and knowledge he has acquired through life and the struggles he has overcome and build schools, wells, orphanages, and pay education tuitions of those who will be attending. With discipline and an attitude of excellence this ministry will be managed to the utmost efficiency.
